1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Account details: your display name, your email address or mobile number, your country, and your password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form).
• What you do on the site: your Tipster Cup picks and points, the matches, teams and stories you save, your notifications, and messages you post in match chat.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser type when you sign in, used for security, session management and preventing abuse.

You can browse scores, news and tables without an account. We do not collect payment details, because the site does not take payments.

3. Cookies and browser storage

• One essential cookie keeps you signed in. It cannot be read by scripts and expires after 30 days without use.
• Your browser also stores display preferences (such as language and light mode) and, if you are not signed in, your saved matches and teams. This stays on your device.
• We do not use advertising cookies.
• We count page views without cookies. Each view records the page, the site you came from, your country and device type, and an anonymous code made from your IP address and browser that changes every day and cannot be turned back into either. Browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not counted. These statistics are deleted after 180 days.

4. How we use your data

• To run your account, the Tipster Cup leaderboard, match chat and notifications.
• To keep the site secure: limiting sign-in attempts, moderating chat, and investigating abuse.
• To understand overall usage so we can improve the site.

Your display name, country, competition points and results of your locked picks are visible to other members on the leaderboard and your public tipster profile. Your email address and phone number are never shown publicly.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use a small number of service providers who process data for us:

• Phone verification: if you sign up or recover a password by phone, your number is sent to our SMS verification providers (Google Firebase and Prelude) so they can send you a code.
• Hosting, security and performance: Alibaba Cloud hosts the site and Cloudflare protects and delivers it, including privacy-friendly traffic measurement.

We may disclose data if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

• Match chat messages are deleted after 30 days.
• Account data is kept while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, your profile, picks, saved items, notifications and chat messages are removed.
• Security logs are kept only as long as needed to protect the service.

7. Your choices

You can change your name, country and avatar on your profile page. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, email [email protected] from the address on your account, or tell us the mobile number it uses. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Age

The site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has an account, tell us and we will remove it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
